Course: Automobile Maintenance
Objectives: On completion of the course the trainees will acquire basic knowledge & competency about Automobile components, Engine Overhauling including inspection and repair, trouble shooting of engine and other components.
For whom: Mistry, Mechanics & Khalasis of Mechanical Workshop assigned with the maintenance & repair jobs of automobiles.

  • Safety in Automobile Workshops.
  • Safe working habits.
  • Engine components.
  • Engine system.
  • Transmission system.
  • Front Axle and Front Suspension.
  • Rear Axle and Rear Suspension.
  • Brake System.
  • Steering System.
  • Differential Carrier.
  • Electrical System.
  • Preventive Maintenance.
  • House Keeping.
  • Personal Protective Equipments.
Duration: 17 (Seventeen) working days.
Date: Starting from 18.05.2005 for 17 working days.
