Course: Inquiry & Disciplining
Objectives: To understand the uses and principles of discipline, to know importance of following carefully the CPA rules for inquiry and discipline, to improve skills for conducting inquiry procedures, to reduce organizational problems resulting from mistakes.
For whom: Class I & Class II grade officers.
Course contents:
  • Employer-Employee Relation
  • Role of discipline in organizations.
  • Types of discipline.
  • Principles and guidelines for applying discipline effectively
  • Preliminary, Secondary, Internal & External inquires
  • Inquiry and E and D rules at CPA
  • Procedures for major & minor inquiries
  • Guidelines for framing charge sheets
  • Inquiry records, documentation and preparing inquiry reports
  • Report evaluation and problems in inquiry.
  • Court inquiry/internal inquiry
  • Case study
  • Legal aspects in conducting departmental inquires
  • Workshop problems and solutions in implementing E and D rules.
Duration: 6 (Six) working days.
Date: Starting from 02-10-2004 for 6 working days.
